The Prince’s Trust is benefitting from an evening of Mrs Paisley’s Lashings on the 03.06.10

Created by Jo Wood and Arthur Potts Dawson, Chef and Creator of The People’s Supermarket, Mrs Paisley’s Lashings is a genuinely innovative venture, offering a pop up restaurant experience with a difference. With Arthur’s expertise and reputation as the UK’s top environmentally conscious chef, every feature of the restaurant will be eco-minded. Using ingredients sourced from the greatest local producers as well as grown in Jo’s garden at Holmwood the menu will be seasonal, local, very tasty and of the highest standard. Vintage crockery, linen and glassware which Jo has sourced will be used.

This unique evening hosted by Jo at her beautiful family home in Kingston, Holmwood, will begin with a delicious cocktail followed by a three course tasting menu including wine selected by the Chef. There will also be the opportunity to amble round Jo’s garden. Guests will be given a Jo Wood Organics goody bag.

Holmwood, Jo’s beautiful family home will be used for Mrs. Paisley’s Lashings for the final time before the house is put up for sale this summer. Jo comments “Holmwood is the perfect venue to host a great party - I’m looking really forward to the Mrs. Paisley’s Lashings this spring and I’m already thinking of new and creative venues for the next one!”
